Default Exhaust Sound

I was wondering by lowering the compression using the OEM 2jzgte headgasket. Would my 2jzge still have that raspy sound at WOT.

Rasp is multifactorial. Ports, cam, and probably most importantly exhaust will determine rasp. Compression? Minimal if any effect at all.
