Default Hose off heater control valve

I have a 94' SC300 original 5 speed, just now having my first major problem with the car. Turns out the hose that comes horizontally off the heater control valve and ducks behind the head is leaking pretty heavily. Any idea on where I could find a replacement to this hose? Local autoparts stores only have hoses I would need to pre bend, and with this hose taking back to back 90 degree turns it seems an oem replacement would be easier. Thanks.

i remembered when mines leak on that very same area. all i did was buy a straight rubber hose w/ the correct size and connect it at the back of the head straight to the heater control valve. it will do like an 80 degree bend w/o any kinks in the hose, just make sure you have enough length of the hose.

Not my exact picture but it shows which hose exactly it is. The valve is off camera on the left of the screen. But if this isn't an easily found part or is expensive for whatever reason I'll defanitely use your method _704. Hopefully this can help! Thanks guys.
