Default Tranny won't shift out of Park

Hi. Guys. I'm new to the forum and looking for help on my SC300. My transmission won't shift out of park. You can start the car and everything but it just won't shift out of park. I can hear a noise coming from the engine bay when the car is powered on but not running. Sounds like electrical issue. But have no clue where to start. Car has been running fine and shifting fine, then on Friday depositing money at the bank while the car was on it wouldn't shift out of park. Any help would be great. Thanks in advance

Are you able to put your windows down, is your power steering not working. I had this problem before, it was one of the fuses from in the cabin.
