Default Dash light problem

So when I crank the car everything lights up, but once the car starts I lose the light that lights up the gas gauge and the part of the speedo that reads 120-160. Everything else comes on and stays on. After enough time, usually when the car is hot, the dead part will light up.

This happened after I put the red led bulbs in to replace the white stockers. Did not have an issue with the stock bulbs. Any ideas?

replace the bulb with the stocker and see what happens..if that does fixes it, it's a bulb issue..if not I have some diagnostic procedures you can use that I have on Mitchell.
