Default MAF adaptation for 98+ vvti sc300

Hey clublex, still new around here, but anyways, im wondering since that injen hasn't made a SRI for the 97+ sc300's, and since i know that on the 97+ vvti engines have the MAF body and airbox as one piece. Would simply changing out the MAF body allow the SRI from injen fit? Or will it cause all sorts of problems by triggering the CEL?

from a non vvti

airbox and maf body as one piece, same as in my 98 vvti sc

As much as I like my BFI mod ive done i live in the open prison called california, where i know my BFI will not pass smog visual.

All the vaccum hoses will fit right? because there seems to be one ON the airbox itself.
