hey guys, guess my starter contacts finally wore out to the point of no return, Im just wondering is there a way i can get this thing started so i can go get a starter? all i get right now is a wonderful "click"

And my car is auto so no push start

have you tried jump starting it?

I know it sounds silly but when the contacts build a lot of resistance it may need more power to turn over the starter

if its a sc300 then you have access to the starter easier, hit the starter with something same time someone is starting the car, sometimes that's enough to break it free and start the car once or twice, temp solution.

My starter is going out soon too every once in awhile especially mornings i get the click but after a few turns of.the key it starts right up! I have a 1UZ, starter is right underneath the intake manifold so no way I can get to it without removing it. replacing soon or I be rolling on my legxus in no time
