The AFC will not be able to control the injector, you have more than doubled the stock cc injector also you will have a helish time controlling the IACV with that much plenum, if the IACV is deleted you will have real fun (not) controlling cold start and accessory idle without annoyingly 1000-1200 rpm idle!

91 oct ? I wouldn't run more than 18-19 psi psi on 91 oct just to be safe .

and why 7mgte ecu ? while you can use the2jzgte aristo ecu, and the 1000cc will be alot of injectors for the safc to control.

And if you are gonna run E85 you shouldn't use gte internals, the ge will be just fine 800hp as long as your engine is in good condition E85 love compression.

Q45 Tb will make your life easier , they work very well and do not leak.

I don't know how much that Turbo cost you but for $725 you can buy a brand name bnib turbo with 1 year warranty, just keep that in mind.

I promised tomorrow you will get the pics!

gl with the project.
yea i agree with the q45 throttle body i just had an ebay special laying around but i will be making a junkyard trip for peace of mind.

i was gonna use the 7mgte ecu cause i just finished a 100% rebuild rings bearings and all so i am gonna break in the motor on 440's but i was thinking the same thing that 1000cc injectors were much for an safc. i will probably use the 7m ecu for about 6 months to get my motor good to go then switch to a gte ecu.

i met a guy in san bernardino that rebuilds china turbos with garret internals. it seems pretty reliable and the cartridge idea is pretty nice. if it blows up i can change it in 30 minutes. plus i can interchange either side depending on how i want the car to run

http://turbocharged.com/main.htm

this is the website

i havent really looking into 93 or higher octane so that's why i thought about 91. where can i get anything higher? or i would switch cause the more boost the better.

then i will probably use the 7m ecu and 440's to break in the motor but do you think a gte ecu would be better or a megasquirt?

and have you seen anyone use this plenum without idle issues? and where did they put the iacv?

I though about using the 7mgte ecu and wiring harness my self on the sc300, since a I have a turbo mk3 shell at my disposal.... but again wiring things up wice it is just a headache.. if you planing to switch to aristo ecu... However ,is pretty much like doing a mk3 2jz na-t .. I am prety much sure, and it has been done ... 500hp on apexi afc,lex v8 afm, some 600cc injectors , on 7mgte electronics...

i have a wiring harness diagram saved from someone who had already done it but yea it does look like a pain. although it does seem like an interesting idea wouldnt mind trying it for myself.

Why not go for a GTE ecu swap? I just did mine and it was all of 30 minutes to an hour of wiring. Just dealing with a map sensor issue but other than that works fine. Once i get the map sensor issue ironed out i should be close to 350-400 with a reliable stock ecu.

and good luck getting 1000cc injectors to run right with just a piggyback, if you do definetly post your specs tuning wise

Please do not use the 7mgte ecu please while you can use the aristo which also runs with 440 from factory.
The harness is already made for your sc everything works so all you have to do is just add the ignition wires , map sensor , it's very easy to wire up and install.

The only time i would get megasquirt if you can get "shaodome " our fellow member to tune your car he is the only one i will trust to tune that ecu.

wow that looks really good. i have also heard alot of good things about map ecu. i think if i.was gonna do anything it would be that or a megasquirt. i have been looking at that option for a while. plus i think it would be fun to build
