Default Engine Damper?

Does anyone have (or know of) an Engine (Torque) Damper for our cars?
Basically, the engine "moves" a little during its power output, and that movement is wasted energy which could have gone to the ground; so this device is a sort of "brace" that holds the engine in place, allowing that energy to transfer to where it should.

Eg: See that little "shock" sitting over top of the intake manifold? ... "Thats" an Engine Damper.

Anybody have one?
If so, did you notice any difference in performance (even slightly)?

Those dampers are more gimmicks and eye candy than any performance enhancement. If you're really looking to exploit every last drop of power you should look into your mounts. Engine, transmission, differential and subframe mounts. If you want to go all out, you will use delrin or billet aluminum pieces.

I thought that as well.
I think I'd like to have everything rock solid.
I have this fixation with bringing out lost potential in my factory engine, before going turbo, etc.
RR SC300 posted about TRD Motor Mounts, which was something of great interest to me also.
However, I'll even go as far as Port & Polish + Radius Valve Job.

Nah, I called their distributors in regards to their LCA Bushing Kit, and unfortunately the site is to be deleted they said (don't know why it hasn't been), 'cus Daizen no longer exists

I did source some LCA's though, with the Daizen Bushings on SupraForums
