so today I picked up a sc400 3.9 diff off of craigslist today to match up with my r154 trans since my 4.27 stock auto gearing seems to be a little to short. but is there anyway to make sure i even have a sc400 diff? like any numbers or anything i can do to confirm it is a sc400 reason why i ask is because i'm about to order a kazz lsd tomorrow and going to install it on my sc400 diff.

divide the ring gear teeth by the pinion.
visually, maybe some code on the diff itself?
