Default 99 sc400 charcoal canister location

I am trying to find VSV but I can't find canister. It does not appear to be in upper left of bay like older sc400. Am I missing something?

Anyone? I am trying to to clear my check engine light....Is it under intake manifold like sc430 or hidden above differential like gs400? I have done multiple searches and can find nothing....

It's located on the passenger side behind the fog light. It's a big black box.
