Default 1jz vvti wireing question

Ok, so I'm just waiting on my throwout bearing clip/reteiner so I can put the w58 back on. My question is there are two wires that are cut that go across the valve cover which are light green and yellow I'm pretty sure those are the colors. Now I'm thinkin those two wires are for the power steering rack? Since I don't see the connector for the power steering rack. I'll have pics up in a few. Also the fuse box wiring and the horn wiring were both cut off on my 1jz vvti. So I cut off the fuse box wiring and horn wiring off my 95 2jzge. Most of the wires are the same, but there's like 3 or 4 wires that don't match on the new motor, and I'm pretty sure there's 1 more extra wire on the new motor, if anyone can help that would be great, ill have pics in a few, as I'm on my droid at the moment, thanx guys

idk about the other wires cut, but im 98% sure the first set you mentioned is the PS rack pressure-up switch located on the rack. I know i had to extend mine to the other side of the engine as it was hanging off the opposite side of the engine bay due to the rack location on a RHD car. Just to be sure though, are both your coolant sensors hooked up right now?

Those wires looks like your fuse box wires, you may have to trace them and see where they go. those are not the ignitor wires.

Yes so you may have to chase them back and see where they go.

You are the freaking man!!!!! Now my question is on the jdm motor where does the yellow and blue wire connect to on the EB1 connector? And the white and red wire on the jdm motor and the white and green wire?

Also on the jdm motor side of the harness there's no black and orange wires. so all in all I have 5 wires that I need to figure out where to connect them to, but that's an odd number I would have 1 extra wire? Please help me bro
