Default soarer 1jz vvti swap questions

My swap is out of a soarer vvti automatic. My car is a 95 factory manual trans. My question is since it is out of a soarer, do I have to move any pins around for it to start is ground out a pin or somethin? I extended all the body harness wires, and I'm gettin ready to drop her in. I don't want to hook everything up and then it doesn't crank or start. Anyone who has done this swap please chime in

Pull down the plastic under the dash under on the driver.side. Look up and you should see a group if wires going to ignition switch. peel back the black insulation and find the black/ yellow wire. I beleive. its thick, maybe 14 or 12 gauge. splice into this wire keeping it connected and run a new wire through the engine bay up to the fuse box. open fuse box. find starter relay. pull it. attach new wire to the fuse and peel back enough when the wire will make contact when the relay is pushed back in. if you are looking at the fuses/ relays from the driver side wheel well, its the prong on the right. I hope this makes sense. I am using my phone. Make sure you same size wire for this.

Would this cause my engine to start without the clutch? Cuz if so I've done that already with my remote start already, I can start my car without the clutch, does that mean I still need to do this

If your car is staying manual, you don't have to do a single thing.... You only have to manipulate the NSW when youre converting your CAR from auto to manual...NOT THE HARNESS.
