Default Added oil now car idles funny??

I've had this up/down idle problem for the past year randomly.I just replaced all the major seals(valve cover/dist.O ring/cam seals/etc,cap/rotor,wires/plugs(have about 10k miles)ecu has been fixed. It does it sometimes at cold starts and sometimes after I get off the hwy.Idles are low up/down 500-1000 rpm car shakes a little kind of bogs at stops.Smells like fuel or coolant just a piercing smell. No oil in coolant though.Oil was low so after I added oil it started idling funny again after driving 10 min hwy then at a stop. I hope it's not what I think it is

sounds like vacuum leaks. same issue i have. is this a 1uz or 2jz? check under the y piping or by the firewall. its a pain to find them but chase them down. also feel free to spray carb cleaner around the vacuum hoses while the car is running to see if you can pin point where you have the vacuum leak. if the idle raises momentarily thats where you need to look

Make sure your PCV is not stuck open. Check for vacuum leaks, clean TB and IAC.

As for coolant smell, get it pressurized to pin point.
