Exclamation 1jz idle speed screw - pic help

Hey guys, trying to adjust my idle when in drive. I'm told of the idle speed screw but I don't see anything on the throttle body. Iv looked but can't find a good answer.

From what I can defer its the screws that push up on the throttle cable spool. But those are maxed out and my idle is still low.

A picture would help!!

Thanks
