Default Any 1jzgte guys change valve stem seals here?

I feel as if I should change them as I know they need it and the engine is on the stand so no better time than now But I am trying to figure out which seals to order? I have read that Intake side is the same as the 2jz part# (90913-02090) and exhaust side is the same as 4afe/7a-fe part# (90913-02089) so I am just curious as to what others have done since I know Toyota is not known for their valve stem seals lasting a long time.

Can anybody confirm for certian that the 2jz vs work on the intake side? And 4afe on the exhausr side?
I have read in more than one spot that 2jz works on both sides but I have nothing to back that statement up.

Lots of contradicting info out there.

Well I have all of the other seals and a new 2jzgte head gasket and arp head studs as I have a complete headgasket kit left over from my supra so I already have the seals I think so I should just be able to order the exhaust seals from drift motion but would like to codfirm that 2j seals are the same as the intake 1j?
