Default Smoking exhaust and leaking powers steering

(95 sc 400 stock 287k miles) I have to constantly refill my power steering fluid about once a week. Whether I put 5 liters or 1L, the PS empties at the same rate. Every time I refill the PS the exhaust will smoke like crazy on start-up, when I hit the rode and start driving the excess smoking will die down to where its hardly noticeable. A friend of mine noticed that the exhaust constantly smokes even after the car has warmed up. The amount of smoke is very small, but he said that it shouldn't do that at all.

there is a thread on this somewhere for an sc300, might be the same deal with your 400 theres a valve on the ps that helps breath in air and it leads into the intake arm somewhere. usually when it goes bad it will leak ps fluid into your intake and you will burn it off causing some white smoke
