Default HELP. Throttle chokes when i drive around the block

So i was going to clean my throttle body and also remove the air intake chamber and clean that too but i realized that it was filled with gunk from oil. So there must be sumthing wrong with THAT...BUT my problem is before i took the throttle body off i had taken off the throttle cables and when i put them back in i torqued them down but i think i did it wrong because now i have i high idle and when i pulled out of the drive way to go around the block i stepped on the pedal and the car would accelerate but then the car would start choking and start acting like a wild horse.

ANY help please? Maybe i have the nuts positioned wrong on the cables, can anyone send a picture real quick as to how theirs looks?

THanks guys
