Default Help with 1jz sc swap please!

What's up CL,
I have a 94 sc300 with a 1jz swap I'm probably 85% "done" with (i like to tell myself). I have a question as to where the cable coming directly out of the fuse box on the sc300 (cable comes out of the bottom of the fuse box, headlights side) actually connects to. It has a similar end to the ones that connect directly to the battery terminals. There is also a metal tab protruding from the negative battery cable (about 2 feet or so from the negative terminal, part of the wiring harness). I'm wondering does this fuse box cable connect to the positive terminal on the battery (my guess), or the tab on the negative side. If not the metal tab on the negative cable, what does this tab go to? Is it simply a ground to be bolted to the body? Now that I have pulled my old *****ty 2j I forget where I disconnected the fusebox cable from. By the way, I tried to search for an answer all over CL, to no avail.

Thanks a lot y'all!

By the way this is my car: First sports car, first SC, first 1jz, first engine swap, first boosted car, first wiring harness work (just extension), first SERIOUS car overhaul I've ever done, first auto to manual swap, etc etc etc. Lotsa cherries popped on this one! guess there really is a first time for EVERYTHING

I believe it goes to the positive side of the battery. I looked at mine today. Can you take a picture of it and post on here? I will know it when I see it.. Thanks
