Default Wont Start...after replacing components that have nothing to do with it.

I recently replaced, water pump, timing belt, acces belt, as well as HBPulley, and now it wont start. It sounds like it is trying to turn over, but wont. I have yet to test starter or anything else, but I dont see why it would have issues starting , when it started perfectly fine before.

Anyone have any ideas why, or how this happened, or have had this happen to them?

Are you 100% positive you put the car back in correct timing before buttoning it all up? Are you sure one cam isn't off on the timing belt?

top dead from the get go. So I am a bit lost as to why this is happening. When pulling water pump, I did pull alt and dist, but tossed them back in correctly. I have yet to run into this problem with any car after replacing the parts that where replaced. Doesnt hurt to try it again , ill rip it apart and try it again.
