Default 1992-1997 SC400 Primary Catalytic Converters

Could anybody kindly confirm if the OEM primary catalytic converters from a 1997 SC400 would directly fit into the 1992 SC400 without any modifications? I understand the difference in the engine update may pose a difference in fitment.

I stand corrected. I meant the upgrade in the 1UZ engine.

Anybody have any clue? Had any experience with the engine going from the older 1UZ-FE to newer model?
