Ok well let this be teh thread.

Any help will be greatly appreachiated.

From what I understand yes it can be done, I just kind of want some confirmation since I am just going off reading. I don't want to have it wrong.

What I want is just to change the ring gear so then it becomes a 3.26 differential.

you'll need the ring AND pinion gears to make it work.
aside from that, should assemble, no problem.

and the ring and pinion gears will be the gs400 differential, which I can remove and transfer over to my Supra NA diff? correct?

I'm undecided if I should do that ^ or just put my LSD into the GS400 diff. It shouldn't make much of a difference either way? once its all said and done?

There were 2 LSDs offered for mkiv supra. If I remember correctly yours is in fact a 10 bolt, if so then a gs400 ring gear and pinion will work. Search SF to find out if yours is 10 bolt or not. If it is the 12 bolt then it will not work

12 bolt is from the 6 speed only. the rest are 10 bolts and can interchange.
