Default post engine swap high idle and other issues

STORY: i Have a 93 sc300 automatic and i love this car but a couple months back something fell into my engines while i was changing my spark plugs and ruined my engine. so i bought a new 2jzge engine a 95 engine to swap into my 93 i was told that it should be a direct swap no issues.

PROBLEM: ok first problem is that it ides at 2000rpm+ most of the time after start up. at start up its at 1000rpm+ but as i begin to drive maybe 5 minutes later its at 2000rpm. Also the power is not there at all with the car the engine fell sluggish and it wont go over 4000rpm.
Next the throttle feel super tight i fells like im always in cruise control the i let off the gas and the car is saying at the same speed or in some instances the car even speeds up.

i needs some help getting this car back to normal i will put videos up ASAP
