hey i want to do a 5speed manual swap and i new at swapping stuff from the original on cars , so i was wondering if you guys could help me with a list of parts needed to complete the swap

all i know of to buy would be the actual transmission

the list:
- r154 transmission (and it should come with the shifter)

Yea im a noob to but the diy section can pretty much answer any questions you may have.
