Default vvti wiring???

I pretty sure somebody has ask this question before and im sorry if so, but im curious if i have an non vvt-i engine harness already extended and ready to go. Will it be compatible with vvti 2jzgte? only reason im asking is because im seeing alot more of vvti 2jzgte forsale then i do regular 2jzgte's... Im sure theres a plug on the intake cam side for the vvti that i dont have so its probably not possible but thought i would ask just in case it was...
