My car is 1993 sc300. I think it has to be extended but I don't know where to.

That's looks like the Power steering plug that goes in the rack. If you pull back the tape, the wires should be light green and light green with a red stripe (or Light Green with black stripe). You do not need to extend it. Just cut the wire loom and pull back the wire until you get to the other side of the motor. The plug socket is under the oil filter on the rack.

Light green with black stripe
Light green with red strip

I think I found the plug but there is all ready a plug in there. Should I remove it and plug in the other one?

Now I have power steering and my odometer works.
