Default Help with vacuum hoses.

So I am just finish up a motor swap and im running into problems with the egr vacuum hoses. I tried following the vac. diagram but its hard to follow the hard lines that run under the intake manifold. I should have looked at the it before I installed the intake manifold but I got ahead of myself.

If someone could post a picture showing these hoses connected I would really appreciate it.
