Default Engine Swap: transmission connector issue

Hello, I just purchased a 2jzge to replace my motor, thought it was an easy swap but the connector to the transmission is giving me a headache. The harness that came from the new engine is only a two wire plug (possibly 5spd?) and my car is an automatic with 5 (so my mechanic told me). I was told by seller that it's obd1 which is same as mine. Tried searching for diagrams of the pin out but wasn't lucky enough to find one. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.

thanks,

Brandon

swap over the old engine harness and use it on the new engine, going to be your best bet to get it working.
