mk3 supra clutch/brake-sc400???
used search but dosen't see to like me. so iam starting this fresh thread guys... so instead of paying $350+ for the drift motion clutch pedals, i was thinking i could go to the junkyard and find a mk3 set for pennies..
can i use the mk3 supra clutch and brake pedals in my sc400 swap???
and if so does it matter if it's a turbo model or a na??

Doesnt matter if turbo or not. These can be used, and here is the thread for it..

Keep in mind, the MKIV will fit better without any modifications. Using the MKIII will have some modding to do.. If these doesnt help you, then check out the performance section and do your searching there.. GL

I keep hearing that the MK3 clutch pedal needs modifications, but no one clarifies as to what kind of modifications..
Now my dilemma is I cant find a MK4 clutch pedal, and SC300 pedals are over priced to no end IMO, but dont want to haggle with something that isnt going to work. I have read that the MK3 pedal hits the floor before you can get a full stroke on it...Not a problem seeing as how I weld/fabricate for a living.
BUT, I dont want to waste $50-100 on something that is going to be more of a headache than a remedy. So would you mind sharing what needs to be modified? Cause reading through the thread, I didnt see much except that the bolt holes dont match the cutout pattern..which doesnt bother me cause Im using my Wilwood MC for the template on the mounting holes.

Save the headache the time and the money it might end up costing you more dont do.
Mk4 clutch pedal and bracket will work, but the brake pedal will not work try to make work will cost more than just buying one from lexus.
