Default horse power

What is the best way to gain horse power on my SC with out installing a Turbo?

driving it down hill, BFI, headers, and usually a good tune up.

put it on a diet. it wont give you more HP, but it will better your power to weight ratio.

Intake and exhaust and Small scale weight reduction. Wont make a big differnce. Thats the farthest id go. In the end if you want real power Your best bet is to slap on a turbo. Or you can spray.

my best advice is weight reduction, easiest, and cheapest way to get every pony your car has to offer, BFI and exhaust are other great ways but besides forced induction it is pretty limited
