Default Aristo harness gurus: what is this plug I have missing?

I just recently purchased an aristo harness, im going to modify and use it to run a 1JZ on a 2JZ computer.

Its a complete harness except for one plug that has been chopped off. I would like to figure out what it is before i start to modify. It has a black wire a black w/orange stripe and a black shielded cable

heres the pics

IIRC the O2 sensor should be a 4-wire, this plug has three wires.

also ive never seen an O2 sensor with a shielded wire

Pretty sure that is O2. I checked mine and it is a 3 wire shielded and comes off the loom in the same spot.

That is the O2 sensor. Also 93MSB, ALL O2 sensors have a shielded wire....I build these harnesses from scratch. O2 sensor, Cam/Crank pos sensors, and Knock sensors all have shielded cables.
