Blow-By Vacuum Pump anyone?
So After I dropped the Trans off to Shawn Cassady's shop he showed my yet another project he was doing. Some 74 Toyota Car mint 12point roll cage, tubbed with a 2JZ to run 7's. This thing had the biggest turbo Ive ever seen in person with a 5in DP I think he called the snail a 94 or 98. 3.4 stroker, 28? cams from Canada.
Cars ridiculous anyways the point of the post, I noticed his valve cover passages were welded shut and he had holes for AN fittings on each cover. I asked what he was using and he told me an electric vacuum pump from a Buick or some Saturns have em and it works wonders for Blow-By. All this is going to be routed into a custom Aluminum catch as well.
He also tried it on his world record 7M and said it sucked the oil rite out of it lol baffles were different than a 2J.
Just thought I'd post what I learned today. Anyone with high boost running one of these things?

Haven't seen that type of setup yet in person, be interesting to see. I have seen some people route theirs straight to the Downpipe instead of a catch can, lot of the drag cars are setup that way.
