Default Turns over strongly but will not start

My 1992 automatic SC400 will turn over strongly but will not start. I rebuild my ECU (replaced about 9 capacitors) and thought that had fixed the problem but after a day That proved not to be the fix. Help, any ideas?

Check out this thread, there are some testing procedures in here, I believe you should start at post number 8.
