Default Help understanding cams

I'm looking at various cams for the 1JZGTE and they're all speaking of degrees on intake and exhaust. My goal is about 600ish HP, I'm looking at a built engine and upgrading the twin turbo system. What cams would I be needing and why? Any help understanding what I'm looking at would be great

264 HKS would be great with 62-66mm Turbo on the 1JZGTE you don't have to upgrade the spring and retainer the stock ones will work great.
Cams will make the engine breath better, you will gain about 50rwhp just by adding cams and you will make the Power easily.

Anything with a high lift i would recommend replacing the spring , retainers, locks, timing belt, and timing belt tensioner, because the stock tensioner will snap i saw it happened.
