Default Parts interchangeable?

I am about to do the timing belt maintenance on my 99sc300.
I was just wondering if the cam seals and front main seal(crank seal) are interchangeable between my car and 98 na supra vvti motor? Cause the freaking parts, buying from Lexus dealer is $13/cam seal and $23 for the front main seal.
Just wondering since toyota will be less. Just trying to save some $$$. Gas ain't cheap nowaday u know? lol

thanks in advance.

FYI, those parts are 5.32 and 10.35 respectively from the online Pembroke Pines Lexus site. Shipping is cheaper than gas and there's no tax out of state.
