Default PPE Header Preparation

I'm getting things ready for the PPE header installation on my 99.
I've replaced the motor and trans mounts and purchased new manifold gaskets.
I received this email from Paul at PPE and I'm not sure about the EGR port.
Does my car have an EGR port on the passenger side?

"The SC400 headers should be ready to ship next Friday. Sorry it has taken so long. Also, our headers don't have a connection for an EGR port on the passenger side. If you need, I can give you an EGR block off plate and you can remove the EGR tube all together. That is, if you car has one."

EGR? Your car came with VVTi and that's suppose to eliminate SC400 altogether, no?
