Default 1UZ cam gear bolt left hand thread?

Can't seem to break them off, even though crank bolt came off instantly with impact! Are they left handed? The book does not mention it, but the service manual also failed to mention the drive belt tensioner pulley was. Held cam pulley with cloth type pipe wrench and impact, also tried with socket extension through pulley and breaker bar with pipe on. Even bent the lip of one cam pulley with the CLOTH pipe wrench/ratchet.

I appreciate the reply. I don't fully remember the process of whether it was standard thread. I think I ended up using a 3/4" impact.
