Default Disconnect Kickdown-switch for Dyno?

Hello!

I see on all SC400 Dyno-sheet the start-rpm is over 3500u/min.

My idea: Switch O/D off and shift up in the 3rd gear, after this, cut the connection from the kickdown-switch and i can start the dyno with lower rpmīs as 3500u/min to have a full dyno-sheet. Normaly, i can pull down to full throttle in the 3rd gear on lower rpmīs without switch back in the 2nd gear?

Or is this not a good idea? Maybe too much for the converter or tranny?

greets

Tom
