Default 2JZGE - Which pulley is it?

Hey guys,

one of the serpentine belt pulleys in my 1992 SC300 leaved me unexpected on my way home today. So the serpentine belt don't run anymore, and the alternator don't generate any power. I used the forum search, but found only issues with the crank pulley, which is not my case, if i get it right. I have marked the needed pulley in the attached picture. So that's the right name for this one? Somebody had the same problem already on his SC300? I would be glad if someone could help me, i guess my english skills are to bad, to search for the right terms. Thank you,

best regards from Germany

Sounds like the harmonic balancer went out, and the crank is simply spinning inside the crank pulley.

I would remove everything such as the fan and the fan shroud, and check the balancer to see what condition the rubber is in. Hope that will help get you started

This is correct. Seems the right term is harmonic balancer (= crank pully?), thank you. I ordered a new one from the local lexus dealer with help of the attached image.

I have to replace the fan, it seems to take damage on the sliding harmonic balancer: all wings are broken. I hope the rubber is coming with the new one and my lexus dealer has the right tools to tighten it. Thank you for friendly support
