I have a 95 SC300 . What supercharger kits are available for my car ? I also have 91 NSX with a Wipple SC that I absolutely love. If 6 lbs of boost does to the SC what it did for the NSX I'll be in heaven.

Come-on guys help me out. I realize most lean towards the turbo but I like the simplisity of the SC plus the bottom end torque. I saw a Wipple kit for the 400 but haven't seen anything for the 300.

Ok, I'll throw you a bone. First, welcome to CL, I'm sure the NSX is a lot of fun, with that bein said the designs are different of the motors. Yes, superchargers can be had for an 2JZ, their just not as common as a NA-t kit, I.e. Turbo. I just done see it being as cost effective as a turbo kit. Check out eBay, as well as the classifieds here and on SupraForums, and you'll find a good deal and the answers your looking for. The kit for the SC400 will set you back a pretty penny as like 1 or 2 companies make them, the rest of the guys buy a bracket from Lextreme, and bolt up their SC to that. Anyways, do a bit of research, and you'll likely go turbo.

^^^^^ Now thats just sick right there. I guess this setup is like a compound turbo set up right. Pumping the boost from the supercharger into the turbo & then to the motor.

It's called Twin Charging. Seen some rally cars run this from Audi; some manufacturers have production vehicles in Europe that runs this setup, I believe Volkswagen does.
