Default SC400 Shifting erratically, unless im flooring it?

When I drive the thing, if I casually go into 3rd or 4th gear it shifts erratically back and forth it feels like, really jerky. When I accelerate quickly or just floor it, I don't experience the issue. Anyone have any ideas before I go get the solenoids inspected?

Edit: Transmission fluid looks good

Ive had this issue since i bought my car 2 years ago. Have taken it to multiple mechanics and spoke to as many people as i can about it and everyone gives me a different answer. Ive heard people say torque converter, diff, solendoid, fuid, crank sensor and more. I'm honestly at the point where i just figured id drive it until something blows up in my face lol

At the trottle body you might see to cables with adjustments. One of the cables is from the throttle pedal and the other cable goes to the transmission. Its the latter that you can check. Make sure there is no slack and if there is, adjust it so as soon as the throttle body moves the cable will move with it.

At the same time it wouldn't hurt to take any slack out the throttle pedal cable as well.

TPS Sensor controls shifting based off pedal position.
