1JZ, 2JZGE Accessories compatible??
Im gathering some parts for my swap and its missing a few things on the 1JZ like a PS pump, Alternator, AC compressor, Starter and wanted to know would any of my GE components work?
I know the AC compressor will work but what about the rest? If the GE parts wont bolt on, will 2JZGTE work?

the A/C compressor works as well as the alternator. both bolt right up to the 1JZ block no probs.
the P/S pump is a different story. It WILL bolt up to your 1JZ block, however the bracket on the back needs to come off and replaced by 2 bolts (holds the PS pump together). Also you will need to remove the reservoir (intake mani in the way) and replace it with a feed fitting and an o-ring to go with it. You can pop the fitting off the old P/S pump if you buy the engine as a complete set or get one off a supra TT pump.
