Default warm start, and dies while driving

past few weeks car has had troubles starting warm and within the last few days the car has died while driving.
first thought was fuel pump so i bypassed B+ to FP in the diagnostic under the hood, and car started up,left the connect in while i drove home.
now i need to know what possibly could be doing this to my sc! it aint no eleven second car and definantly isnt worth ten grand but it's still my baby.

any ideas would be greatly appreciated, if you could also include how i would test if that is the problem/solution. thanks so much

i havent had a tune up, but my car's been dying warm, say if i drive 30 miles then turn my car off, it won't start back up. like the car turns over but it sounds like it's not getting fuel? now it's died three times now while driving.
