everyone is going to tell you to search..just an fyi..and you really should theres SOO much info out there..

anyway..you can do two different ways..safely-thicker hg and bigger injectors ought to do it..
or you could just upgrade injectors and get a good ems + tuning..

on top of all that..14psi doesn't mean much honestly..turbo size matters when it comes to psi..what are your actual power goals??
are you auto or manual..auto wont hold but 300-350whp
and like said search theres a lot of info ..also check out clubna-t a lot of info there as well.

Ill be nice and give you a link and a small piece of info...

SEARCH!!! Has been covered thousands of times. I understand your new, but there is a search function up top that will answer ALL your questions and then some.

And for the link: http://forum.clubna-t.com/ <<<IMPO, one of the best resources for na-t info.

To answer your question in short to prevent sounding like a total as*, yes your na 2J can handle boost, safely up to 9psi safely on stock compression and fuel using an SAFC2/Neo and will make approx. 310-330rwhp.

Is it OBDI or OBDII? if its OBDII get stay the hell away from an AFC..

supraforums.com also has lots of info on na-t and you'll get some good people to help out as well. I've noticed with clubna-t its rather slow at times.
