I'd look into a 1.5 way. Kaaz has pretty good reviews from few members that have ran it. Don't know anyone that runs a Tomei. I personally ran the Torsen that came stock in the TT Supra. Had no issues at BPU levels.

The Supra TT Auto Torsen LSD is a 1.5-Way. Best all around street diff until you get past 500whp. After that power level it's less predictable and a 2-Way LSD would be more ideal.

^^ TRD 2-Way LSD (used only now), Kaaz, Tomei is a good company but I haven't heard many reviews of their LSDs. Cusco makes a couple of LSDs for the Supra TT Auto that fit our cars I think. OS Giken LSDs are at the top but very expensive.

Running a Torsen in my SC and it's very "normal" in a daily car.
