Only reason i ask is because she does not start. Replaced the water pump and timing belt, and she ran perfectly fine beforehand. ( 92 sc400 )

When i turn the crank, sometimes i get random resistance and it feels like it trys too go back the other direction a little.

Nvm this is from compression.

Here i am going too update this thread.

92 SC400 1uz-FE

I replaced the Water pump and timing belt, before i changed them the belt was fine and the Water pump was just leaking a little. So the engine fired up and i was able too drive. So i went ahead and took her apart and replaced. Now everything is back together except i haven't put coolant fluid or engine fan fluid in yet. I try too start her up and i can hear a couple exhaust notes coming from the back but she wont start? I checked the grounds, cleaned spark plugs, can even smell gas. Checked all my fuse's and made sure i plugged all vacuum lines, and wire cables in. Anyone have any idea what could be wrong?
