This is my first post to this forum. Also, I could never be confused with someone who knows a lot about cars, so please be gentle in your replies to my somewhat ignorant question.

I am wondering what battery would be the best for my 92 SC300? I have to replace my old, crappy one with something more reliable that can consistently hold a charge.

Its personal, I like optimas, some guys hate them. I think the red top is one of the best batteries out there. Whatever you do, dont let them sit unused, thats a great way to destroy it.

im using one i got from kragen, needed one asap and they were the closest. planning to get optima once this goes out on me
