what is the name of that long metal trim under the rubber trim that screws into the top of the bumper?

i need get another one of these bcause mine got all bent to hell, but not sure what its called..

i cant differentiate from the diagram, but im guessing its #3, maybe?

the screws go into it to hold the bumper in place..
