I just got my sc300 5spd, so far done some small stuff to it but wana start getting a little crazier. I no the big thing to do is 1&2jz swaps but im kinda wondering about keeping the stock 2j. Ive built other cars before to im fairly confident. What im mainly wondering is stuff like on my old 240sx i had made a ITB system from a 02 GSXR throttle bodys and a mega squirt piggy back system, which brought me from around 180 to around 230hp. I was wondering if anyone knows any stuff like that for the N/A 2j. So far i have only unorthodox pulley set, hks cam gears, and an exedy stg3 clutch done for performance.

 

Headers and fuel management is sure to open up the engine some more as well, but there is nothing like boosting a 2J.

Theres a guy on supraforums.com that has done the itb mod on a 2jz and its still slow. Sounds nice though.
His name is LRG SOUP. He has a build thread and dyno numbers i believe.
