Default SC400 '95 Hydraulic Pressure Hose leak - 1UZFE

Here's hoping somebody did an oil replace on the hydraulic pump and care to share some insight.

There is a leak in the hose marked 16927 in the attached image, from just under where it connects to the pump on the engine.

Question is, should the ATF oil from the reservoir be drained first.. and if yes, what's the proper way to do it?

Thanks for any help guys

Just a follow up on this, maybe it will help somebody.

Careful with the vertical bolt 16927A, I ended up having to replace the whole 16960 fan clutch... The bolt is not easy to open and the clutch just cracked when I tried too hard. Looking back, I should have put some more WD40 on it and let is soak.. or maybe some heat.. don't know.

So I ended up having to replace the thing. Anyway, no more leaks now :-)

PB blaster let it soak, then after it kinda drives use a little *can-O-torch* to heat it up a bit.
