Default Eh Power Steering

Well The Aristo power steering pump was working fine untill it started making noise 3k miles later fluid looked all bubble and after a hard drive it would even flow out the reservoir and the noise is just horrible. So I took it apart and the fluid looks brown now?.. Its brand new fluid. So now im debating to swap it with my GE one fill it up and hope for the best or just eliminate it completely... What are your views on this

P.S. I snapped one side on little vacuum breather thing on pump by accident removing it today.

Maybe your seeing some of the older fluid that was in the cooling lines and steering rack.

You can force some of the old stuff out of those two either by turning the steering wheel or using a mighty vacumm hand pump.

Just use your GE pump, it's the same exact pump..you just switch the small GTE drain tube from the GTE pump over to where the GE reservoir sits.

It's ALMOST that simple, just remember to replace the bolts that held the bracket on the back of the old GE pump. I forgot to replace them and was kicking myself in the *** for a week trying to figure it out. The same bolts that hold the bracket on also holds the PS pump together, otherwise you get a constant whine and your fluid keeps bubbling.
